Compulsory Construction Risk Insurance

The objects of insurance are buildings, constructions, equipment, machines, spare parts for them, materials and other property located on the construction site and representing the subject of construction and installation specified in the insurance contract, as well as the insurer's liability for harm to life, health and property of third parties during construction and installation works.

Since 01/01/2000, it has been established that business entities - contractors, regardless of the form of ownership, when concluding contracts for the construction of facilities financed from the state budget and loans under a government guarantee, carry out compulsory risk insurance.

INSURANCE COVER is provided for the following risk groups:

  • fire, lightning, explosion, aircraft crash, spontaneous combustion;
  • theft and malicious acts of third parties;
  • flooding and flooding, pipe rupture;
  • storm, hurricane;
  • earthquake, mudflow, avalanches, subsidence, landslide, landslide;
  • short circuit, overvoltage, electric arcs;
  • the fall of machines and mechanisms, building materials and structures;
  • damage from the unconscious use of defective materials and structures;
  • occurrence of civil liability to third parties during construction and installation works.
