INSURANCE OBJECT — the property interests of the Insured related to the occurrence of civil liability for compensation for harm caused to life, health and (or) property of other persons and the environment in the event of an accident at a hazardous production facility operated by the insured.
INSURER — Insurers may operate organizations operating hazardous production facilities
OTHER PERSONS — persons (individual, legal entity or state) who have the right to sue the policyholder for harm to life, health and (or) property and the environment in the event of an accident at a hazardous production facility.
ACCIDENT — destruction of a structure and (or) technical device used at a hazardous production facility, uncontrolled explosion and (or) release of hazardous substances that occurred during the period of the insurance contract.

1. Article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Industrial Safety of Hazardous Production Facilities” No. 57 dated September 28, 2006:
“Responsibility for causing harm to the life, health and (or) property of others and the environment in the event of an accident at a hazardous production facility is subject to compulsory insurance in the manner prescribed by law.”
